I am currently on ee 4g I have bought a new phone outside of we on 5g they are sending me a new 5g sim for new phone will I still keep my old number and if not what do I need to do thanks

@JAMBOOS1 , if your old SIM card fits, then use that one, you do not need a new SIM card, as it will work as 5G, same SIM card which is just updated when you update your plan to a 5G plan. If you got the phone elsewhere, you will need to change your plan to a 5G plan, but if you do not need 5G, because you are not in a 5G area, then you can stick with a 4G plan, it is the same SIM card. If you ordered a new SIM card, hope you made sure it is a replacement otherwise it will have a new number.
