It has been 2 weeks since my phone upgrade, I added a Samsung watch to my contract at this point. I received my new phone the next day but was told it would take up to 2 weeks for the watch to arrive as it was out of stock when ordering. I received an sms a week ago today saying back order confirmed but there has been no change since.
When should I expect to receive my watch as it was the main reason for wanting to upgrade in the first place?

We can't tell you here. We are just customers like you and there is no account access on here,
Your best best is to call EE and ask.

Yes we're customers on here but some other posts seem to have responses which were quite knowledgeable and helped by others who have experienced similar situations.
I had already contacted ee prior to leaving the post on here and have tried everyday since but just keep getting a prerecorded message stating a high volume of calls.
Hopefully anyone else waiting for add ons being sent out isn't left feeling as frustrated as I am.

I am sorry to hear you have not received your watch, if you give us a call on 150 and hold for one of the team, they will help you get this looked into.
Vulnerable customers are being prioritised, but you can still contact us.
Our contact centres in the UK and Ireland are open to help keep you connected, but we have fewer people available to take your calls.
