Locked sim

Basically my old iPhone 6s is broke I can’t use half my screen and I switched to a iPhone 7 and my old phone has a locked sim and I don’t know the password so now I can’t get a sms message so I can use WhatsApp and I have two different number for Whatsapp and iMessage so how will I get my verficiation code please help

@Beatriz1234   If you’ve not changed the preset sim pin code it’s 1111.  If you  have and you don’t know what it is you’ll need to request a replacement sim.  You’ll need to call customer services to do this and you can call this +44-800-956-6000 from any phone. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I could have missed something, but if @Beatriz1234 has forgotten the SIM PIN, they could keep entering PINs that are wrong, with the intention of forcing the PUK on the 10th failed attempt? The PUK code should be available on their myEE online account or via C/S.

 

As long as the PUK is entered correctly (if it's not, that is a borked SIM) it should prompt for a new SIM PIN.

The thing is how do I see my sim password and get it from EE thing may you please show me instructions or explain to me to have my EE SIM card password

Basically my old phone broke and now I’m using a new one but I have a locked sim and want to download WhatsApp but I can’t get a sms because My sim is locked I don’t know the password that is why I am trying to unlock my sim and it’s because I need to text my family members and not all of them have iPhone so I cant
