Received Email, but no call regarding new order?

Hi, received my email for new order on the Monday, but had no call which email stated I would get within a couple of days... wondering if there is a delay? or what is happening?

@thomasdm87   Why not call customer services yourself?  It’s 150 on your device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
