awaiting confirmation

I switched back to ee yesterday from. BT, my order is still saying awaiting confirmation but I was told when done it it would be delivered today? I don't see it changing now?

Iphone 11 in white 64gb

The white was in stock and the black was out of stock. 

I've spoken to ee they can't do nothing about my order and my account isn't open on there end? So been on hold for an hour trying to speak to bt!
