Hi,
I upgraded my plan on the 2nd of November . Since then, every time I try to track my order the status is "awaiting confirmation" . This is the last month left of my contract and I was really hopping to upgrade with EE . Please can someone cam back to me and clarify why after 2 weeks the status of my order haven't change and why every time I try to see my plan through EE app this message pops up : " Sorry we haven't been able to retrieve your plan details, please try later"

The current guidance for this device is to expect despatch in more than 28 days.
As soon as your order begins to progress the tracker will be updated.
You will also receive notification for delivery from our courier.
