Are there any error messages? Are you the account holder.

Is it on contract or PAYG? Is the existing a/c on contract or PAYG? You can't mix them.

I have the same issue. I just bought a pay monthly sim and I have been trying to add my number since last month. It always says 'unable to complete request' and to 'try again later.'

Are you trying to add the number to an existing pay monthly account?
Can you try a different browser?
