I got a text message to say my upgrade would be delivered by dpd tomorrow and to choose and hourly slot.

When I click on the link it has no order?

 

Anyone help on what the hell would be going on as I ordered my upgrade on Saturday this was not completed as it had been added to a work list.

Phoned and cancelled this to get a new upgrade put through, this time I got an email saying it would be delivered to an old address.

Phoned and cancelled again had it put through for a 3rd time and then get this today.

Hi and welcome to the community, @RabbyD1975

 

I'm sorry to hear that you've had these problems with upgrading. Because there's been a couple of mix-ups, I'd recommend speaking to the Mobile Care team.

 

They'll be able to check your order and give you a consignment number which you can track with DPD.

Hi 

I've just managed to get my link to work by changing this x www.dpd.co.uk/x/********* to a b www.dpd.co.uk/b/********* 

I had a similar problem with my nike delivery, seems we're being sent the wrong link.
