New SIM cards not arrived

Not sure if this is the right place to ask but here goes.

i upgraded my contract on Sunday and purchased a new line/SIM card/contract for my Wife. But as of today they still have not arrived. 
they are showing on my bill as 2 new contracts.

thanks in advance for the advice

Hi @Davejason 

 

SIM cards are sent out 2nd class, so could take 3-5 days or even longer at the moment. Hopefully it'll arrive by tomorrow, if not, you could go to a store for a replacement SIM (Check the procedure, make an appt, etc) or call EE and get a new one sent out?
