Hi all, we have had a 4gee wifi box since last october at first it was great but then over the past few month we havent been able to get it to connect to our phones, we have tried it when its plugged in to the mains which sometimes helps quicker, i have spoken to two technicians and its not helped and i struggle to contact anyone

Do you get an error message when you try and connect to the WiFi device?

 

Did you call us and speak to our Tech Gurus? if so, have they advised anything for you to try?

Hi there , no we don't get any messages it just cant find it even thought it have previously been connected to different devices. I had spoke to two people their were technicians online who gave me the same things to do an it didnt work.Thanks kirsty Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
