I currently have a 200GB monthly plan and this current month, I haven't used any data, however, when I go onto MyEE, it says 'You don't have any data'. I don't understand how this could be since I haven't used mobile data a single time in the past month. Please help

Are you able to use mobile data services - and this is just a billing issue - or are you getting any errors when doing so?

When was your bill refresh date? And are you using Android or iOS?
What does your allowance report as if you text BALANCE or AL , to 150?

Hi @bristolian. My last refresh date was the 13th of August and I am using an Android phone.
Also when I message AL or BALANCE to 150, it says that I have no data remaining. I checked the breakdown of where my data has gone on my EE account as well and it says there was an error loading it.

It just fixed itself all of a sudden. Must've been a bug or something
