Xko order number

Hi I ordered a ps5 this morning and I received an email saying 

Your orders on its way and it starts with xko letters, does this mean my order has been successful?

It sounds like it. When your order is due to be delivered you will receive a text/email from DPD with a time window.

I’m also in same position having ordered Tuesday. Have you tried downloading the DPD app as some peoples orders are showing in there waiting to be delivered? Mine isn’t but yours might be
