Add ons vanished

Evening, I've just changed my phone on ee (outright bought a new one) and my plan has suddenly lost BT Sports and Underground WiFi. Anyone else experience this? BT App seems to still have me registered. Just seems odd...thank you.

Do they still show in your My EE account online?
