X box series x game pass

I have my xbox series x, I don't have a link to set up game pass ultimate, so at the minute the console is sat there and useless.  I would like it set up against my current Microsoft account at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Surely this is for ee to sort out as its them who sold it to us as the bundle?

I've kicked it back to EE who are looking into it!!

They are incredibly slow to act.  The advantage of the package is the implication that games can be played straight out of the box.

If they can't sort that they should discount the package for £10.99 (what Microsoft charge for the bundle)
