Wrong order

I have ordered a galaxy watch 3 LTE 46 mm black and got an email confirmation. Then a day later got order confirmation with dpd and when delivered it came with a letter stating I have ordered a Apple watch 6 and an Apple watch 6 has been delivered. I also paid an upfront cost of £20 for the galaxy watch to go with my Samsung galaxy s20 ultra. I am trying to get through but with the enquiry the chat tells me to ring. When ringing I'm waiting to get thorough for over an hour and still can't get through. I'm totally shocked on how this order has changed via the processing team without my consent. Is anyone able to reach out and help please. I don't have social media otherwise I would reach out on that side.

@crescenzo  any social media team can not help you with this.   You’ll have to speak with customer services about this.  And I’m sure you’re aware of how customer services are working with and social distance in mind and also the time of year it is so there’s less of them in the office to be taking calls so you need to be patient when calling.  Just keep trying.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
