Hello @Kirst9

In addition to the advice already given, could you explain the issues you're having with coverage and/or calls?

Perhaps if you explain the problems, the community can offer advice.

Hello @Kirst9 ,

Welcome to the community,

Unfortunately, no, as you have had the phone for a year and contract, you will have to pay the rest of your contract if you want to leave. You had 14 days to decide whether you wanted to remain with EE at the start of your contract, too late now.

Not sure what your problem is, but I have been with EE since they were Orange and have always found customer service very helpful. If you are in a poor signal area, then you could always use wifi calling for making and receiving calls and text.

There is not much EE can do about poor signal, that can happen in some areas, and if the signal is poor indoors, this could be due to a range of things, such as the building, trees near the building, other buildings in the area, depending where the mast is. Maybe if you explained a bit more someone here can help, there is only so much anyone can do.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
