Hi All,

Bit of a funny one, my WiFi is working on ALL devices except mobile phones. i have reset all phones and deleted the wifi links and reconnected them.

I have also reset the router via the admin page.

I have tried to call up but of course, people are losing their minds as they cant check for updates on facebook.

any help appreciated

thanks

Is it just social sites your mobiles can't access? There's a major outage at FB at the mo'.

I seem to be in the same boat. i have broadband via sky which is working on wired devices, but 3 of our 4 ee phones are getting that connected to wifi but no internet message.

2 laptops and a streaming stick all working fine, router reset 3 times, details removed and re-input nothing has changed.

just got back from tesco and had the same problem there with the free wifi.
