Hi, so ive agreed to swap my Note 10+ for the new Iphone 12 pro max a few days ago but my phones screen is damaged so im getting it repaired. The repair guy said it might take a week and a half to 2 weeks because of complications with his part supplier, i said it would be fine because i was expecting to get my new phone before then so i wouldnt be without a phone.
Its been 4 days now and my order hasnt even moved out of the "order confirmed" stage 🤦♂️ which is unusual to be because most of my phones ive purchased from ee have arrived 2 days after the order was placed 🤔
Id understand if the phone wasnt even out yet, but it was released on the 13th of November and its now the 20th. I then went and checked what it was saying for the phone on the ee store, and its saying "expect Dispatch withing 14 days" !?!?! 🤦♂️ anyone know why this is? 😂 if thats true i might have to go 2 weeks without any contact with anyone! 😂 i cant exactly carry around my desktop pc to contact people 🤦♂️😂
