Iphone 12 pro

I ordered the iPhone 12 pro on the 4th of November and there’s still no sign of dispatch, I’ve been trying to get in contact but no helpful information has been given, does anyone have any idea what’s going on?

@Profile closed   What’s going on is Apple can not provide enough devices for all that want them so unfortunately you’ll have to wait till one can be allocated to you.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Okay thank you, I wish I was told this when I ordered as my phone is completely unusable so I’m desperate for a new phone as I need it for work, any idea when, could this be going on for weeks still?  

If it’s any help I ordered my 12 pro 128gb gold on the 23rd October and it’s coming tomorrow (30 days). I received a notification on the DPD app well before anything from EE so it’s well worth installing that, if you haven’t already. 👍🏻

I ordered mine on the 28th of November and I’m still waiting for mine, it’s fine if they can’t get any but why has no emails been sent out apologising or a Twitter post, literally nothing
