iphone 12 pro delivery

Hi

I have waited 21 days without even an email of confirmation after placing an order for the iphone 12 pro.

I dont even have an order reference from you.

Ive been left completely in the dark

I ordered on the 1st November.

Can you give me my reference and tell me why it has not arrived within 21 days as I was told ?

I am very disappointed with the service so far

I also ordered 1st Nov, and was quoted 14-21 days. Order tracking simply states, "Expected delivery date Awaiting confirmation". Oh and I can keep myself amused by "Backing up my device" Good advice that, I probably wouldn't have known without the advice !! Almost impossible accessing info via desktop app, and impossible to reply to above on iPhone, as keyboard does not appear. Other than that, it just seems that EE believe in Mushroom Customer Relations.

Come on EE, we know that a lorryload of Apple kit was hi-jacked, but just an occasional update and delivery update would be appreciated.
