It's been 4 days since I've ordered my phone and yet it hasn't even dispatched yet, why is it taking so long?

Welcome to the community,
It depends whether the phone is in stock, as to when they send them out, and if high demand, then it will be on a first come, first serve. Which phone did you order?
There is no account access here, you would have to ring customer service to find out what is going on. Did you not receive an email with an XKN number, or have you received an email with an order number starting with 000.....? You can then track your order by clicking on track my order by clicking on help or by going into your account.

It was on 29th November and the email said this:
"Now in stock. Usually dispatched within 1 day to you or your local EE store."
