Where's my Order? Samsung TV

Ordered the Samsung smart tv still have not received any order confirmation and order number won't allow me to track.

I would recommend following @Chris_B advice and giving us a call by dialing 150 from your EE Handset.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

To speak with an advisor in our billing/customer service team I pressed these options:

 

Option 1 > Option 2 > Option 1 > Option 3.
