Why can’t I cancel my paper bills?

Frocks84

I’ve spoken to 3 different people now and each month they tell me the person before had followed the wrong process, and credit me back the £2.50, only for another bill to arrive the next month.

is it just impossible to cancel paper billing? I really don’t want to receive them as I can monitor my usage online, without the waste of paper. I can’t even see where I can do it on the app / mobile site.
please help….

@Frocks84  At least you’ve been refunded the cost.  All I can say is try again as customer service should be able to do this for you.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yeah they do refund it but every month I phone them and the customer service agent just blames the one before saying they “didn’t follow the correct process to remove it”. They then say they have removed it and a month later another one arrives so I have to repeat the cycle. It’s just a bit bizarre…
