4g Data Only PAYG Activation

Hi... have received new data sim, have gone to add it to my account and get:-

 

Sorry, you can only associate a number for an EE Consumer or Small Business plan.

 

I can't contact customer care as the number of my sim is not recognised. It is a PAYG data only sim

 

Help!!!

It’s ok, I managed to get through to online support via chat, they had to clearly do “something” to resolve it, took about an hour but got resolved

@powellytvr : The a/c you are trying to add this PAYG no. to, does it already have contract no(s) on it? You can't mix them. You will need to create a separate MyEE a/c for this PAYG no.

Just by means of general advice, you've posted your mobile number on a public internet forum which is an open invitation for spammers and suchlike to start contacting you.

 

If the site admins don't beat you to it, I'd strongly recommend you edit those details out of your post.
