@edwingunn1 This sounds like you haven’t been deleting old messages from your voicemail mailbox. There’s only so much storage space available, and when it gets used up callers get a mailbox full message and can’t leave a message.
So perhaps it’s time to delete all those old messages.

I know I should delete old messages in my landline mailbox but I don't know HOW to do it.

Listen to them 1 by 1 & press '3' during each 1 to delete it.
