How to remove voicemail notification??

I have the dreaded EE Voicemail notification but have no messages in VM. 

 

I cant sweep right or left + the bell icon gives me options of time to delay message. 

 

I have gone through apps and deleted cache, left voicemail message purposely to delete and hopefully clear it but nothing is working. Any ideas ???

@Hackett01  call yourself from a different device and leave yourself a voicemail then listen to the voicemail in full then delete that voicemail it should then clear any notifications that you’ve got.
