Upgrade gone wrong, additional line ordered instead

Right so i dont know how this has happened but i decided to try and do an early upgrade on my current plan to a sim only... followed all upgrade tabs etc from My EE app to browser, chose the one i wanted from the upgrade tab and ordered it. Had the confirmation email come through which says additional line at the top of the email...? How do i sort this out? 😒
