Wheres my upgradge?

Hi I have ordered and paid for my upgradge on the 14th I have conformation for this. This was ordered on the 14th of this month.

I have not yet had any delivery or any update regarding my delivery.

 

If you could please give me some information regarding my upgradge that would be great.
