So upgraded over the phone got my copy of my bill an what I’ve upgraded too, meant to be arriving today? Yet I’ve had no confirmation email or text or when my phone will be delivered or dispatched? Yet my pay monthly has already been changed aswell.
so why have I not revived anything of an confirmation about my order?
