Good morning,
I have ordered iPhone 12 pro max 128 GB 5G as an upgrade exactly 7 days ago (over the phone)
when placing my order I was guaranteed that the phone would dispatch within 7 days, I have been tracking order ever since and the status still remains the same...
EE aren’t being clear with me as to when I will receive my new phone, could someone please provide me with some details as this is very frustrating and don’t expect this from a company I’ve been with for years!

@Huda65 don’t forget EE are waiting on Apple to ship more devices and with this device being in high demand not just with EE but with every seller Apple cannot keep up with the orders. Unfortunately you’re going to have to wait and be patient until a device can be allocated to you

Thank you for getting back to me.
Can you please look into my order, I understand there may be shipping delays (not a consumer issue) but it has been 7 days which was EE’s time frame for dispatch (I was told by the agent on 150 that the pro max I ordered in pacific blue wasn’t as popular as the graphite and that it would be dispatched within the pre empted date). I haven’t even had any follow up to let me know there’ll be further delays with the order. I will wait and be patient for mine but please don’t tell me to do so when EE hasn’t delivered the service they claim to provide.

I've looked into this and the estimated delivery guidance on the date that you ordered the iPhone 12 Pro max 128GB in pacific blue was to expect dispatch within 14 days. I'm sorry if you were told different.

I have to agree with huda65 on this as I was told the same for exactly the same phone spec and colour and that was last Wednesday too
