Where is my order?

so I was sent an email to early upgrade, which I did yesterday. It said delivery would be within 1 day...I ordered it at 7am yesterday morning...I’m still waiting for delivery confirmation, Iv had no updates or anything. I would like to know where my order is! 

I haven’t paid for it as it’s an early upgrade so didn’t need to. I had the confirmation email to say I had ordered but that’s it. 

could I have some help please?

Could you let me know the colour and size?

 

Did you pay the early upgrade fee by card when you placed the order?
