Hi.i ordered the active 2 galaxy smartwatch with free earpods the phone came today but no earpods? When.i spoke to ee they couldnt see as.i had ordered.online and he didnt know how i could get the earpods can anyone help me please ??

@Pinkgirl   The EarPods do come with the device, you should get a text/email around 14 days after you got the device to tell you how to claim them.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
