Where is my order

I ordered a contract sim 15/10/2020 and still have no clue where it is. I received a text from ee asking for feedback on my recent delivery but I haven’t even got it yet. How can I find out where it is? Thankyou.

@Heather201  your Sim should’ve been sent out second-class Royal mail and you should’ve had it by now I highly recommend you call customer services about this. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
I can’t find a way to contact customer services. Do you have a phone number for them please?
