Activating new SIM taking longer than 24 hours

Received my new ee phone and SIM card on 20th October 2020. Activated the new SIM on 21st October 2020. It's now 23rd October 2020 and I am still unable to send or receive calls or SMS texts.

Welcome to the community.

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and make sure your SIM card has been activated properly.
