Hi from EE. Due to stock shortages from Apple, your iPhone 13 Pro Max is taking longer to get to you than we expected.

We're working hard to get your iPhone to you as soon as possible, but if you'd rather not wait, you can switch to an iPhone 13 Pro instead. Just give us a call on 150 and we'll get it sorted.
