Where is my order?

I ordered a phone on 27th August and have an order number. I have not had any communication to tell me that my phone is either on the way or has been delayed.
How can I find out where it is? I have tried to track my order but it says can't help at this time. Thanks.

If the order tracker doesn't work, then you will need to speak to EE CS about your order.
