Upcoming payment

Hi,

My plan is 33.85 pounds per month.

Last month (24th August) I paid 50.11 pounds because I used long text message.

This month (September) I have not use long text message and I will not.

However, when I checked my account (HSBC) today, my upcoming EE bill (24th Sep) is still 50.11 pounds. I don't understand why I have to pay 50.11 pounds next month. Something is wrong. You have to update the next payment.

Thank you very much in advance.

Best wishes

@jiyeonyun   Your HSBC app is showing an estimate on what you will pay in your up and coming payments as it thinks you are paying that amount again as it’s based on what you did pay. Your EE account will show what you will pay.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

How can your HSBC banking a/c be showing your payment for 24 Sept now, so far, 19 days, in advance? EE won't be applying your DD for the next bill until about 17 Sept.

What I think you are viewing is your list of DDs, which will be showing only the amount of the last DD paid out, on 24 Aug.
