I got through to customer services today who said that it was in a backlog due to EE changing the way in which they are dispatching, but has sorted it out for a Monday delivery. I think EE need to update the "usually dispatched in one day" to a more honest..."this might take some time" and also ensure that the order tracking system works rather then quite clearly being unable to track orders despite emails being sent. What also irks me is that EE were advertising for people to come and buy the new SE on Twitter today (no doubt thinking that my access to the site might make me want to, but unaware that I already had) so I thought that EE should, probably, get ahead of the existing orders before asking other customers to place their orders. Also, "My EE" still asks me if I want to upgrade even though I have.
