I currently have a basic mobile device (pay as you go) for emergencies. I would like to get a smart phone (or equivalent) so that in the future I may be able to load any tracing app for Covid 19. How simple is it to register the new phone on an ee flex plan, while keeping the same number and transferring my current credit?

@tgbewley It’s really easy just login to your online account and choose a device you want on the plan you want. Your number will remain the same. Just follow the on screen instructions. You’ll get a new sim that will have its own allowance but your credit will move over as it will be the same account.
