Where is my order?????????

Evening 

I ordered x Apple Watches on 25 November. 1 series 7 - received 29/11, 1 x series 6 - still not received. When I try the track my order link, it can’t find it. The confirmation order number from the email when placed is xkoxxxxxxxxx. When can I expect this to arrive? Must I cancel the order and reorder? I can’t get through to EE via telephone or text so this is my last resort. 
please confirm a delivery date or what I need to do next.
