Where is my order

Hi, I’ve order iPhone XR as an upgrade to be delivered within 24h. 2 days later I still haven’t got it and no updates on my order. I’ve received a confirmation email.

I understand but the reason I have chosen this model and colour it’s because it was in stock at the time of purchase. If I have known I would have gone for a different model as I need a phone ASAP.

Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process please?
