Samsung ear buds

Hi,

 

  • I recently got the Samsung galaxy buds live as a pay monthly add on, got them within the last 6 months and they have stopped working, there is 3 small speakers that play on the ear buds 2 that face in your ear and 1 that faces out, all the sound is now playing on the ones that face out so I can no longer hear anything.. would this still be covered by warranty? I've re set them and updated them and all that but still no good.

Hi @Alfieewatson 

 

Make sure they are clean (free of wax) and try resetting then via the Samsung app.

 

If they still don't work then contact Samsung as @Chris_B  said.
