Hi,
- I recently got the Samsung galaxy buds live as a pay monthly add on, got them within the last 6 months and they have stopped working, there is 3 small speakers that play on the ear buds 2 that face in your ear and 1 that faces out, all the sound is now playing on the ones that face out so I can no longer hear anything.. would this still be covered by warranty? I've re set them and updated them and all that but still no good.

Make sure they are clean (free of wax) and try resetting then via the Samsung app.
If they still don't work then contact Samsung as @Chris_B said.
