Where is my order

I just wondering where my iPhone 12 white order is I ordered it 10/11/20 and haven’t had any i information about it I getting fed up of waiting now as it’s been a month now my xkoxxxxxxxxx when I go to look where it is it says awaiting confirmation on delivery date hope u can help me I also paid 30 pounds for the found that they took that out straight away

@Dougall   You’ll have to call customer services about this.   And please don’t post your information on a public forum ie your order number
