Hi, I’ve ordered my EE sim only contract on Sunday, I’m moving from Vodafone I have given my PAC code to keep my number
its now Friday and the only thing I have received from EE is a survey asking to rate the delivery of my sim. I also gave the error when trying to track my number
can anyone assist me?

If you call 0800 317 720 from 8AM a customer service advisor will be able to check the status of your order.
