I ordered an early upgrade phone a week ago and since my email confirmation I have not heard anything about when to expect delivery. I’m very disappointed as it said dispatch within 24 hours and has taken money from my account. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m not sure when to expect delivery or if it will arrive at all?!

@R-96 Hi, are you able to track your order online at all via the email or text confirmation?
What phone did you order? If you can’t find the information, give 150 a call to find out your order status. If it’s a new model of phone it can sometimes have a short delay in being sent out.
