Where is my new S20+?

Hello,

 

I was expecting my new phone to be delivered to my house on 10 March, but it hasn't turned up.  My order number is XXXXXXXXXX - the website says that my order is on its way to me, but I haven't received it.  I did get my new phone case delivered - but only the case.

 

Please help!  I'm abroad with work so my fiancee is trying to sort it out for me and she needs some help!

You will need to speak to EE CS if your order hasn't arrived as it maybe delayed. There is no account access on these forums.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
