Where is my iPhone 12 Pro?

Pretty self explanatory. I ordered last Monday (26th of Oct) and it said dispatched within 14 days. Well the 14 day period ends on Monday and my order status still shows "Awaiting Confirmation". 

Was it late for anyone else? Whats your experience?

27th of October.. Was told 14 days. After talking on chat with customer
support today, they re-done the order, idk why and then said 28 days and
they can give me no other information at all... Bit of a joke that i
probably got screwed over more because i contacted them/

So my delivery date was saying between Nov 11 - Nov 14 all day today and about 10 minutes ago it switched back to Awaiting Confirmation...

This is ridiculous.. especially because all the ee employees say the same thing. Wait..

Mine's still saying 13 Nov 2020 - 17 Nov 2020 currently but now I'm fully expecting it to change an hour into the 13th.

It's not that difficult really is it EE? Are you just throwing delivery estimates out until you eventually get it right?

My expected delivery date was from today to the 14th but I just checked this morning the delivery date has been removed and it has reverted to Awaiting Confirmation again.

So I guess its not coming but nobody can check, not the support on this forum or 150 it seem for my order nobody has access view it.

Firs I am told its in stock when I ordered, then I am told to wait without any idea of timeframe, then I am given a delivery date, then the delivery date is removed and now back to waiting without any indication.

I am seriously thinking of cancelling this order and waiting for a few months.

Bit of hope on the horizon, I ordered my 12 pro 2 weeks ago (128gb graphite) and have received my DPD slot for tomorrow. Fingers crossed it actually turns up!

Me too!!

I know from someone who works at a different Telco that the supply chains
and the various systems are disconnected and it's really difficult to get
them talking to each other. Apparently the same for almost all of them.

I'm very pleased indeed
