Where is my iPhone 12 Pro?

Pretty self explanatory. I ordered last Monday (26th of Oct) and it said dispatched within 14 days. Well the 14 day period ends on Monday and my order status still shows "Awaiting Confirmation". 

 

Was it late for anyone else? Whats your experience?

I don’t think this is the case for everyone 

 

someone I know from Vodafone ordered the iPhone 12 pro on the 3rd Nov and they have received there phone today 

@gurpreettaqk123 yeah i spoke to my mum about the issue and she said her friend at work ordered from o2 and they got it the next day. Not sure on the storage capacity they ordered or colour though and how much of a factor the storage size is in the stock currently for EE. 

I've finally got delivery confirmation for tomorrow and the phone is with DPD, perhaps the changing of some people estimates back to "Awaiting confirmation" caused some people to cancel which bumped me up the queue? Who knows.

 

Latest estimate was 13th - 17th so it's a day early, or 6 days late based on estimate when I ordered.

 

For everyone else's reference:

 

256GB Pacific Blue 12 Pro, ordered on the 23rd of October (14 days expected dispatch at time of order)

 

I hope you all get yours soon, will fully confirm I've received it tomorrow once I do.

I've got my delivery confirmation as well. Same as @Joshg122 

 

Ordered on 26th, 12 pro 128gb pacific blue

I ordered my phone on the 23rd october was told 14 days waited 14 days and didnt arrive spoke to ee got a whole load of excuses they even got to a point of creating theories i understand theres another lockdown but ultimately i ordered before lockdown even came to sight in the uk. Having the phone is not the issue the fact they dont want talk responsibility for selling products they do not know when they can fulfill or when they will recieve is absurd as now im waiting a total of a month for my iphone and still being told the delievery times are ‘subjective’ and no confidence is being shown by ee or put into the order. Also regards to the delays due to apple shouldnt be a customers concern as each customer has been given a set time frame but seem to fall on to the customer and no information or updates are given regarding it.
