I placed an order and paid upfront for Samsung Galaxy Watch Active2 watch last Monday and haven’t heard from EE ever since. I cannot track the order because it shows in the system as not existent. It was supposed to be delivered within 2 days and I am in a very difficult situation right now because it was purchased for a present.

Well, I wish I could say everything is sorted out after yesterday’s telephone conversation with you staff which made my delivery dispatched and supposed to be delivered today. I took a day off because it is very important for me to send it as a belated present to my son,
So I have been waiting at home tracking my parcel and suddenly I got an info that delivery driver was unable to deliver it. And I am still at home.
From my experience DPD is one of the last trustful delivery company as they failed to deliver many items in the past. I won’t be able to wait another day at home for my stuff. So if you are not able to deliver it today don’t bother to do it at all because I feel really ashamed I can’t keep a promise for my son anymore.
I am really disappointed by your service.

Hi!
Because there is no possibility to contact DPD at all, I have just had a chat with EE customer service and because they cannot do anything to make my delivery to be delivered today I had to cancel my order because I have to go out and get something else for my son’s birthday which was a week ago.
One of my worst customer experiences ever!
